incluye un batidor y una jarra en los accesorios, la jarra llego rota que mal y el servicio técnico aun no ha aclarado mis dudas con respecto a una preparación, acudí al servicio técnico porque el manual solo cubre a grandes rasgos el funcionamiento del equipo pero No la preparación de las bebidas como tal y en fin esperaba mas atención de la empresa

Doesn't work that good, not for commercial purpose

The motors feel very grinding inside as if they have very cheap bearings. I only had 8 months of use for this commercial daquiri machine and now it's useless.

They say they warranty their products, but they do not!! I have had quite a few slushy machines from them (4 total) & spend thousands of dollars. ALL have stopped working in less than 6 months and the company only tells me to either take the machine apart (which I am not at all qualified to do) or get someone to fix it. As I have discovered, NO ONE will even attempt to fix or diagnose a VEVOR because of all the issues they have. There is a reason they are so much cheaper than other brands…THEY DO NOT WORK! Customer service is an absolute joke and only offer you a small fraction (less than 10%) for the inconvenience of getting a $1000+ machine that doesn’t work! I have been dealing with them for months with no resolve. The latest from TODAY was they will credit me $143 for $1500 worth of machines that do not work after only 3 months! Absolutely ridiculous!

Leider ist die Maschine Defekt. Es kühlt nicht richtig! Das Slush wird nicht zum Eis.
