Overall, a solid piece of equipment. Very sturdy and no piece feels like it could break like those other machines that have a lot of plastics. Controls are easy to understand after playing with it a bit. Everything is in Celsius so getting used to that took a bit for all the staff and the machine works quick! And very good, we adjust the temp a couple times a day because the mix freezes too much, so getting the levels and sugar mix matched up with the right temp is tricky.

This triple bay slushy machine works great so far only had it for a few months but they also have one where I work that's been running consistently for 3 years, with no issues. Which is why I bought this one. It's tough figuring out how to adjust temps to run non frozen stuff. As there is no cold drink button on this machine. But once I figure it out it's easy now

I was looking to upgrade the bar I manage and thought a slushy machine would be a perfect fit. It did not disappoint. This machine came in a very secure package, the delivery took about 2 weeks, but with the machine being almost 200lbs I wasn’t surprised. This machine is very easy to use, everything comes apart for easy cleaning, and it looks great. This was an investment at the price tag, however, it made my bar a hotspot during the summer months. It paid for itself only after a short period of time. Definitely recommend this slushy machine.

Works great. The only bad thing I could say is you have to keep it quite full to keep the batch moving otherwise it shoves it up against the front.

I purchased this machine for my uncle food truck and at first, we were having some challenges setting it up and getting it going. After working with the controls for about 40 minutes. We now have a fully working machine. We love the machine, great value for the price. Highly Recommend it.
