Toine Spindle werkt niet
Nieuwe machine ontvangen en in elkaar gezet, ziet er robuust uit , echter de spindle draait niet, glaszekering gecheckt en doorgemeten van de 48v uitgang die de spindle moet voeden, ook met multimeter gemeten, 0 volt waar 48 volt moet komen, dus wss voeding defct of controller………tegenvaller !! Gemeld bij vevor, wacht nu op oplossing en ben teleurgesteld……..
Hoop dat dit adequaat en snel wordt opgelost !!

I ordered this machine as a gift for my husband. He got the machine set up, tried to get it going and it sent up smoke. I purchased the warranty on it and the customer service is HORRIBLE. We have been fighting with them for a month to send the new part to fix it. Sent them all they needed and they keep bouncing back they need pictures. The machine started smoking hooked up to our laptop. Could've damaged our lap top too. Very disappointed I spent so much on this.

I bought this machine because of the reviews ok you tube. It was relatively easy to put together except there was no instructions for the wiring of which connection goes where. Also. After figuring that out and started to run it the lyl axis isn’t communicating with the lol axis so I haven’t been able to use it. I have contacted vevor for the pst month since receiving the machine every third day or so to described the problem and send videos 3 times, “all I get as a response is it will take about 24-48 hours to get back to me”. That has happened four times now. Idont know what else I can do to get help about this. Very frustrating to not be able to use this as an addition to my shop.
