This unit has been a life saver for our business. Saves so much time for us over the old hand pump fillers. This unit is very easy to use and set up. Worth the investment. Gr re at value for your money.

This this is great I have it filling around 20 bottles 30mL or 60mL a minuet. Easy to use once dialed in. The one thing I would note to someone just setting it up is when you switch it to automatic mode it fills a tiny bit less, compared to whenever it's on the single pump mode. So whenever you start the automatic, the first one gets a little bit more than the restso have a paper towel ready lol. As we grow I expect, I will add another one of these to my line.

I got this to help with bottling Honey. Before getting this I was using a 5 gallon plastic bucket with the Honey gate. It was messy, inconsistent and took a long time. I can't count the number of times that I over filled a bottle and had to wipe it off with a paper towel or rag, wasting lots of Honey each time. Bottling time was always a chore. In comes the VEVOR pneumatic Liquid Paste Filling Machine. It says it 50-500 ML which I guess would convert to around 2 to 16 fluid ounces. Honey is sold by weight, so all I can say is that I can bottle from 4 ounces up to 24 ounces of Honey no problem. You do have to set it up for each size before you bottle accurately. That consists of getting a container a little larger than what you plan to use. I recommend using something that is easy to use a spatula to get the honey out when you're finished. A small bowl works great. Tare the weight of your container on a scale and then guess about where on the pneumatic filling machine that you want to start. Once the machine dispenses the Honey (or any other product), weigh it on your scale and adjust the filling machine as needed. Tare your container again. If it's a big enough bowl, you don't even need to clean it out yet. Just tare it again and measure the next round. Clean out as needed to give you enough room for the next cycle until you dial it in. Then return the Honey into the Hopper and you're all set to begin bottling. Being CDO like I am, I weigh each bottle as it comes off. That way I can ensure that the customer is getting the correct amount, but I suppose someone that settles for being OCD or doesn't even go so far as to identify as a 3 letter acronym, could just weigh every 10th bottle to make sure it's on track. It does a very good job of being consistent. I don't use the automatic mode. I just press the foot pedal once I have the bottle ready to go and it's plenty fast that way. No need to over complicate a situation since anything could go wrong at any time....and like they say....if something can go wrong it probably will. So the minute I would decide to switch to automatic, I'd probably drop a bottle or get a phone call or something...... I bottled about 65 bottles in what seemed like 15-20 minutes. Now for clean up. To end the year I did run some warm water through the machine. That was enough to satisfy my tired worn out self to put it away for the year. However when Honey season came around again this year, I unassembled the bottle filler which involved taking some things apart. In the cylinder that the Honey passes through, there was quite a bit of Honey from the previous year, so I cleaned it all out. Re-lubricated the seals and re-assembled the machine. I'm 100% confident that I have a clean machine ready for bottling this season. The disassembly probably took about 30 minutes to an hour (being my first time), but it really wasn't that difficult.

The machine arrived quickly. It works well and after a bit of adjustment has saved considerable time in filing our dips and spreads.

this machine works great. love it we put up 216 bottles of hone in just over 2 hours once we got it set up and running I could fill 12 jars a min. grand daughter kept the jars feeding to me ,grand sone put on the lids and Gram labeled. what took us a half a day last year to do 120 jars was a breast tis year. great machine.

This machine made processing honey a dream. Measured exactly each time when filling bottles. Filled hopper with a 5 gallon pale of honey. Not only did this machine work fast but also very clean. The no drip nozzle did work as stated. I am very pleased how quick and smooth this machine works. I would recommend this machine for those folks that like to accomplish this task quickly. I will also be using this machine in fall to bottle my hot sauce.
