The machine works fine, but the customer support experience was disappointing. My order arrived 10 days later than the delivery window shown at checkout. While support always replied, the responses felt scripted and no one could explain why my package was stuck in the same place for six days. I was also told a support ticket had been opened, but no one could provide the ticket number or connect me with a supervisor. Delays happen, but clear communication and accurate expectations matter, and that was missing here.

Original purchase was July 31st. Arrived August 6th unusable due to "Falling from a height" damaging the lines, coating the entirety of the inside with oil. After contacting the company, and them telling me I should find a repair technician and send them the bill, I argued that I would only take a replacement product or a full refund. They offered me 207 USD to solve the issue. I refused and stated I would only accept a full refund of just under 700, or a replacement. They eventually agreed to send a replacement at my request. They did send one, and it arrived today September 2nd, just after 230 PM. Well this machine had one foot unattached, several screws and bolts loose on the pallet, an almost completely unmounted motor, and a damaged cooling fan. The back panel was held in place with a single screw. The fan blade itself would be hitting the belt had I plugged it in and turned it on as the other blades would have been scraping the fins on the inside of the condenser coil. This was a dangerous machine to ever to have left the line. Two metal brackets were loose inside of the condenser housing.

I’m not pleased with it at all. You do not allow me to use custard base ice cream mix that I make myself every time I tried it. It comes out real clumpy like cottage cheese or something. Im asking for a refund.

Then, knobs, you have to turn them so hard to make the plastic fit.If not, if air gets in there.It won't freeze.Liquid is running out of the sides of it

Leider bin ich von der Maschine enttäuscht. Die einmalige Befüllung beträgt maximal 2 Liter. Der Herstellungsprozess dauert sehr lange, und das Schlimmste ist: Das fertige Eis wird sehr langsam ausgegeben. Die erste Portion beginnt bereits zu schmelzen, während sich das restliche Eis noch in der Maschine befindet. Das führt im Betrieb zu erheblichen Problemen.

Meine Erfahrung mit der Eismaschine: Die Maschine macht sehr gutes Eis, aber sie hat mehrere Probleme. Sie ist sehr schwer und schwer über Treppen oder auf einen Tisch zu heben. Sie vibriert stark – die Vibrationen sind sogar in anderen Räumen spürbar. Außerdem ist sie schwierig zu reinigen: Die Öffnung im Inneren sammelt Rückstände, und die Klappe lässt sich nicht richtig öffnen, was sie unhygienisch macht. Das Rührteil im Inneren zeigt bereits Rost, was inakzeptabel ist. Das Material wirkt minderwertig. Ich lebe in Deutschland, und hier sind die Hygienevorschriften sehr streng – daher kann ich die Maschine für den professionellen Gebrauch nicht empfehlen.

I will not review anything until my other order that came in damaged is corrected. This has been the most difficult stressful situation and hard to get into contact with anyone at your company. I paid extra for shipping protection and yet I am still waiting for your company to respond if they will be making it right send me a return label so I can return the table and get a replacement
