Overall this was a great product. I was buying for our church. Easy ordering, delivered when it was promised. Easy to set up, but I had an issue. When I connected the water and plugged in, I got nothing. I reached out to customer service and after sending pictures and some videos and describing the issue. I think that customer service did a good job. It took them a couple of days to resolve the problem. When they came back with the solution, it was fixable. The problem was that the control panel was not hooked up and the ice maker(inside) was not connected. It took me about an hour to get things working. Customer service sent me pictures that detailed what I needed to do. The manual left a lot to be desired, The operating instructions were very vague, not giving concise instructions. The instructions appeared to be written by someone that had no knowledge of the ice machine. Should be a step by step, and what to do at each step and a easy troubleshooting. The worst area of instructions was the description on the Display panel. Here is a sample of exactly what it written, It showed a picture of a display board. buttons on display board off/on buttons press 3 seconds to turn off machine under turn on status press on/off to turn on the machine under turn off status press the on/off button to exit settings under ice thickness setting and filling water adjust status mode button switch the ice making program clean/set button press to clean status under machine turn off status +/reservation button press to ice thickness adjust under pressure equilibrium. making ice There is more, but I just wanted to just give a sample. To me these instructions make no sense. This should be written in complete sentences, maybe with each button having a bullet point in order to best describe the function.

Ice maker works fine. Generates lots of ice. Easy to install. Top panel was damaged during shipping. Vevor sent a new top panel. The light inside worked for about a day and then quit. Contacted Vevor again. Even with the issues I’ve got ice and I’m pleased.

WE PURCHASED OURS FOR CAMP IT DOES WORK GREAT BUT SHIPPING HAS IT ALL BEAT UP BUT MAKES ICE FAST HAVE TO WATCH A LITTLE ICE WILL JAM THE DISPENSE DOOR DOWN AND RUN WATER IF NOT CAUGHT THAT ONLY HAPPENED ONCE TO US BUT OVERALL WORKS GREAT AND SUPPLIES OUR ENTIRE CAMP OF ABOUT 12 TO 15 PEOPLE USING IT ALL WEEKEND AND NOT RUN OUT OF ICE

Top was a little damaged. But a would buy this ice machine again . Works great so far. I think they need better instructions on how to work display settings

My rating is based on machine performance after repairing the shipping damage. We have used this machine for about a month and it works well. It makes probably closer to 190 lbs of ice in 24 hours. The machine arrived quickly but with significant damage to the top cover, front panel, and rear panel. Also, the front control panel was popped out of place due to how distorted the top cover was. The machine is not packaged well and can be easily damaged in shipping. I was able to mostly straighten the top cover and other panels, however, Vevor support told me to use glue to hold the control panel in place. Pros: Low cost option for light duty ice maker Makes nearly the rated amount of ice in 80+ degree temperature Controls are simple and easy to use Cons: Flimsy, thin gauge panels Terrible packaging for a machine of this size - it will almost certainly be damaged in shipping Uncertain long term reliability

the back plate and top were bent and pushed in and couldn't open the door (fixed it )the electric wire was off the fill valve looks like it has been a drop

It ran well for exactly one year before it stopped making ice; the compressor overheated and had to be replaced, and the cost of the compressor was nearly the same as buying a new machine.

Stop working within 2 months and zero customer support.

This machine had dints when it was delivered and makes a noise from the front of the machine. We had to have an ice maker so we kept it instead of sending it back but now it makes so much noise it keeps our guest up all night. I have to un plug it. Of course it doesn’t make ic e when unplugged. It makes ice but it’s a real pain to put up with the noise.

Unit stopped working while under warranty. Offered a $100 credit that I never received.
