AOB lasted 15 months
Purchased Oct 2024, broke down in Jan 2025. Only 15 month of use. No warranty support after 12 months. Compressor died and repair estimate was $800 from a hvac company. Had to buy a new one - buy went with a ice o'matic brand instead.

Arrived damaged and not working after no response from customer service finally found wires unhooked and got it
Working ,,just had to deal with the crushed top never could get a answer on the damage doesn't give you a part number to replace the filter had to replace the pump twice in 6 months,, not very reliable and customer service is beyond horrible

We bought this machine for our facility and our grounds crew. The machine worked for 2 months and quit working. We contacted customer support and they said it was the water pump. When we told them this was not it, they said it was in standby mode. When we showed video of this, they told us to check all the capacitors. We are not electricians and we should not need to already be checking this unit. No resolution. I would not purchase this ice machine and do not trust their customer service.
