The best deal I ever got. Had it for a few years now and still working great.

This ice machine works great. Works as described. Makes ice very quickly.

This icemaker punches well above its price. Well made and produces ice incredibly fast. Highly recommended.

Esta máquina funciona de maravilla para nuestro negocio. ¡Produce mucho hielo de calidad rápidamente! El servicio posventa también fue excelente, muy atento.

Overall this was a great product. I was buying for our church. Easy ordering, delivered when it was promised. Easy to set up, but I had an issue. When I connected the water and plugged in, I got nothing. I reached out to customer service and after sending pictures and some videos and describing the issue. I think that customer service did a good job. It took them a couple of days to resolve the problem. When they came back with the solution, it was fixable. The problem was that the control panel was not hooked up and the ice maker(inside) was not connected. It took me about an hour to get things working. Customer service sent me pictures that detailed what I needed to do. The manual left a lot to be desired, The operating instructions were very vague, not giving concise instructions. The instructions appeared to be written by someone that had no knowledge of the ice machine. Should be a step by step, and what to do at each step and a easy troubleshooting. The worst area of instructions was the description on the Display panel. Here is a sample of exactly what it written, It showed a picture of a display board. buttons on display board off/on buttons press 3 seconds to turn off machine under turn on status press on/off to turn on the machine under turn off status press the on/off button to exit settings under ice thickness setting and filling water adjust status mode button switch the ice making program clean/set button press to clean status under machine turn off status +/reservation button press to ice thickness adjust under pressure equilibrium. making ice There is more, but I just wanted to just give a sample. To me these instructions make no sense. This should be written in complete sentences, maybe with each button having a bullet point in order to best describe the function.

Purchased this to replace the vevor 120lb ice maker i got a few years ago. The 120lb machine still works great but just not fast enough for what I need it for. This new 330lb machine is great. I got it to make about 250lbs in 24 hours and I'm sure if you can get the settings just right it will make the 330lbs in a day. The bin say it holds 88lbs but it only held about 60lbs for me when in the run cycle but if you were to watch It every hour or so and moved some ice around it would hold the 88lbs. I was able to empty it every 5 hours or so and fill 5 - 10lb bags with no problems. The only thing that is a little tricky for me is the settings but over time I will get that dialed in but I'm happy with what it does.

Super calidad produccion de los 3 modelos que e comprado aqui a sido la mejor

Works great, makes ice quickly and consistently. Would purchase again and recommend to anyone. No issues whatsoever, have had for over a year.

Works perfectly, runs constantly under the house next to a salt water canal and still looks and runs like new. My only regret was not getting the larger capacity as 130lbs is about 3-5 gallon buckets full of ice

Ice maker works fine. Generates lots of ice. Easy to install. Top panel was damaged during shipping. Vevor sent a new top panel. The light inside worked for about a day and then quit. Contacted Vevor again. Even with the issues I’ve got ice and I’m pleased.
