Machine is really good. Makes all the ice needed to keep up with our business. How ever it doesn't come with a detailed owner's manual. The manual you get in a pdf isn't great either. No step by step operation for troubleshooting, cleaning routine maintenance. They really should improve on this. Otherwise would buy it again.

I’m happy with the unit. Pretty much plug and play the only issue is there’s not enough technical information with the unit to make any adjustments such as ice thickness.

Glenn Overall it does exactly what it is supposed to.
Shipping was a joke. It does not deliver in 2-3 days. I re receive half in 3 days and then the other half 10 days later.
You will most likely have to replace a lot of the connection for the plumbing side of it. It's just and you can't connect it to the plumbing in your business or home. It was easy enough if you know what your looking for.
The digital display is not easy to use and has terrible directions. Which brings me to the assembly directions. They are just terrible and mostly non existent.
Like I said though, it definitely makes ice and a lot of it. I just can't figure the ice thickness size out on it. Seems well built also.

A los meses de uso falla y no ahí manteniendo en México al parecer tiene que resolverlo tú con un técnico y si ellos te dan la solución monetaria pero tendrían que tener un equipo de mantenimiento.
