Produces a lot of ice, and quickly! We were pleased with this upgrade. Be aware, however, this ships as TWO units. The first comes quickly, but it took about two weeks for the other to come in. So do not go by the expected delivery time.

It will produce a lot of ice, so far it’s been good, hopefully if something goes wrong with that I can find parts. Will fill the bin up less than 12 hours, loving it so far

Kent Logan Ice machine
Had unit for about three weeks now. Unit works better than expected. Produces more ice than I can use. Highly recommend at this point.

Have had success with other items purchased so gave this a try! Price was right and was what I needed. Arrived quickly and easy setup. Ice bin was dented and they immediately replaced it. Still working like a charm! Would recommend!

Lacie ross Works good, storage space is low
The storage bin doesn’t hold what it says it does. It only holds about 170

Daniel Works great once you figure out how to install
Horrible installation instructions and you have to really figure out how to use the drain lines. The drain pump is a joke and causes a mess. I removed it completely and just drain both houses to the outside of the building. This ice maker is really good though compared to others that I've had. We have had it like 4-5 moths and no issues with anything. Be patient with the installation and you might want to get your own drain lines from a hardware store to help make things last longer.

Machines came and damaged just needed to replace the top. What a hassle I've sent picture actor picture and it always needs more.I'll be very hesitant on buying anything else from them.Sorry Vevor If you don't know how to read your own barcodes, that's not my problem. And the damage in the pictures are clear.
