After about a week of operation, the machine seems to be functioning great, producing good volume of ice, and looks pretty good. The quality doesn’t seem great but certainly good for the price. We are happy with it!
The install instructions are terribly inadequate-basically nonexistent! There were no connections or obvious mechanisms or method to attach the top (ice maker) to the bottom (ice bin). Some pieces seemed to be lacking and we had some unexplained items that didn’t seem to go anywhere. In the end, we did figure out how to make it work with some parts from hardware stores.

Daniel Works great once you figure out how to install
Horrible installation instructions and you have to really figure out how to use the drain lines. The drain pump is a joke and causes a mess. I removed it completely and just drain both houses to the outside of the building. This ice maker is really good though compared to others that I've had. We have had it like 4-5 moths and no issues with anything. Be patient with the installation and you might want to get your own drain lines from a hardware store to help make things last longer.
