Worst machine ever. I would not recommend this item. Less than 2 years old and the compressor failed. Out of warranty but wouldn't do any good anyway since there is no way to contact customer service. very poor customer service or to get a hold of anyone. I just gave up. Customer service was worse than the quality of the machine. I don't know how this item got such good rating. Don't trust all the reviews on here. And if you still wanna buy this or any other ice machines here, make sure to get a 3 year warranty. (if you can get a hold of someone that can honor it)

My unit arrived damaged and I received no replies for almost two weeks. I am currently on week 4 of an email thread with still no resolution and the machine does not work and looks like it fell off a truck. Completely unsatisfied.

A los meses de uso falla y no ahí manteniendo en México al parecer tiene que resolverlo tú con un técnico y si ellos te dan la solución monetaria pero tendrían que tener un equipo de mantenimiento.

This is a cheap ice machine, customer service is all AI. Horrible experience with the ice machine and customer service. Would not recommend buying this ice machine unless you want to get really good at taking it apart, also parts are hard to get from China. Don't waste your money ! This machine worked for about 3 weeks then broke. No help from this website. Everything is made in china with this model.
