We purchased this ice machine for our business. It works well once you get it all put together. If you are hoping for perfect silence then it isn't the machine for you, although it is not unusually loud for a large ice machine. It produces enough ice to keep our team happy at least.

This is my 3rd vevor ice maker. I've increased the size twice now due to a very busy coffee business. I had the 400 lb per day 90 lb capacity. I was buying 60 lbs per day on top. This machine has changed the game. I can't seem to reduce the ice level more than 4 inches during busy times. I should have bought this unit first. I highly recommend if you need high capacity

Great product for price. It’s pretty compact. We use it in a small business and it functions well and properly. Should I need to buy another one in the future I would rebuy this one.

This thing is totally awesome I have had it about a month now and no issues what so ever. I ran the water line plugged it in and it went right to work the bin was full in 24 hrs. I would buy this product again if I had a need. I have raved this machine to all my friends and I know of two that have made the purchase and they are happy with it as well.

So far ,so good about 7 days in on the new ice machine,seems to be working great. Packing was good but was roughed up during shipping, the bin will come several days after the ice machine unit , be prepared to wait for it . Let's give it a year or two and see how it holds up. C.A.G.

The ice machine head arrived in about 3 days, the bin arrived one week later. It works great and makes a ton of ice. The only negative I have is the plastic fittings that come with it. I went to Home Depot and bought brass fittings to get a more reliable connection.
