OH great machine after trial and error
Ice machine is working wonderfully, once we figured out the kinks.
We went through 2 days of trial and error as there were no warnings or labels showing that we needed to look for shipping tape and packing styrofoam up inside the mechanisms.
After countless hours of back and forth with customer service, because it would not make ice after the instructions only say to "plug and use", they advised to unscrew the top half door and video what was going on. Once we got inside it, we realized the mechanisms were taped together "for shipping", but would have never known to look for this otherwise.

Produces a lot of ice, and quickly! We were pleased with this upgrade. Be aware, however, this ships as TWO units. The first comes quickly, but it took about two weeks for the other to come in. So do not go by the expected delivery time.

It will produce a lot of ice, so far it’s been good, hopefully if something goes wrong with that I can find parts. Will fill the bin up less than 12 hours, loving it so far
