The machine works great now that I have both parts. The bottom is missing it's plug. The ice stays cold in bin for days

Machines came and damaged just needed to replace the top.What a hassle I've sent picture actor picture and it always needs more.I'll be very hesitant on buying anything else from them.Sorry Vevor If you don't know how to read your own barcodes, that's not my problem. And the damage in the pictures are clear.

As others have stated, the ice maker unit portion comes in a couple of days by courier. The ice bin takes longer as it comes by truck due to it's size. They both came with some minor damage but they were both serviceable after straightening some dents. It was easy to install and turn on but changing the ice thickness is a challenge. It would be a wise move for Vevor to provide a detailed manual on how to adjust settings using the digital display so we customers are well versed in adjusting the cycle. The machine goes through a full cycle as follows: 1. The Ice maker is turned on and the controls add water as needed to keep the pump reservoir "sink" filled. 2. Ice maker runs for 2 minutes in a freezing mode then the display shows a countdown clock that is adjustable to complete the ice freezing cycle. (I have found that setting it for 6 minutes works well for smaller cubes that break apart easily) 3. The selected countdown time ends and the ice maker goes through a harvest cycle of up to 2 minutes. 4. Sometime within that 2 minute period (usually around 50 - 60 seconds), the ice sheet is released from the Ice mold and falls into the bin. 5. When the ice sheet falls, the plastic door in front of the mold is moved away from the mold, triggering the system to start the cycle over again. 6. This continues untll the ice has built up in the bin to the point where the falling ice doesn't allow the door to return to it's starting position. To adjust the countdown timer, have the unit running. When the initial 2 minutes have counted up, the display will jump to the countdown timer. To adjust the ice thickness, press the 3rd button from the left to enter programming mode then press the 4th button from the left to increase the time by a minute and the 5th button to decrease the time by a minute. Shorter time = thinner ice / Longer time = thicker ice

Machine is really good. Makes all the ice needed to keep up with our business. How ever it doesn't come with a detailed owner's manual. The manual you get in a pdf isn't great either. No step by step operation for troubleshooting, cleaning routine maintenance. They really should improve on this. Otherwise would buy it again.

I’m happy with the unit. Pretty much plug and play the only issue is there’s not enough technical information with the unit to make any adjustments such as ice thickness.

The delivery was shipped as two different deliveries. I received the compressor first and called as to why the ice box didn’t arrive at the same time. One part is not usable without the other! Had to wait another week to receive the ice box. Once installed, the the ice box repeatedly filled up with water. After the third time I called a service technician to figure out the problem. He removed the compressor from the icebox and discovered the drain hole was completely plugged with insulation. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Shipping was a joke. It does not deliver in 2-3 days. I re receive half in 3 days and then the other half 10 days later. You will most likely have to replace a lot of the connection for the plumbing side of it. It's just and you can't connect it to the plumbing in your business or home. It was easy enough if you know what your looking for. The digital display is not easy to use and has terrible directions. Which brings me to the assembly directions. They are just terrible and mostly non existent. Like I said though, it definitely makes ice and a lot of it. I just can't figure the ice thickness size out on it. Seems well built also.

Worst machine ever. I would not recommend this item. Less than 2 years old and the compressor failed. Out of warranty but wouldn't do any good anyway since there is no way to contact customer service. very poor customer service or to get a hold of anyone. I just gave up. Customer service was worse than the quality of the machine. I don't know how this item got such good rating. Don't trust all the reviews on here. And if you still wanna buy this or any other ice machines here, make sure to get a 3 year warranty. (if you can get a hold of someone that can honor it)

Worked great for the first year the keeps getting an error code E-11. No one from Vevor seems to be able to help. Very expensive for one years useage
