This is more of a commercial unit and this is a good one to us. We like this unit. Overall, it’s a really good product. We have no complaints. It’s all stainless steel. We like this model over the lower model. This one has 2000 W., this was 60 Hz 120, / 15 amp runs it fine Circuit runs it. Standard USA 3 plug. Yes this model uses more power than the lower wattage one this is better. Some people voltage problems, low-voltage only use lower power voltage unit, but it won’t work as well as the higher voltage. This machine and model works really well. We definitely recommend this one or you can go to the next one up, which is a floor model with wheel rollers.

This is easy to use and very easy to clean, the cold plate is fast. Making these ice cream treats is a lot of fun and everyone has enjoyed making all different flavours. Worth the buy

I like it! I got tired of paying for ice cream trucks in Philly, it’s more expensive than Dairy Queen and I have a gaggle of kiddos. If you give it bout 10 minutes before you pour your ice cream, you’re golden. Just a mix of heavy cream (2 cups) and about a can of condensed milk. Cut lines in it before you scrape it up. Sweet ice cream.
