Bought before the snow comes. Just installed some today. My biggest complaint is that the plastic pointed tips come off far too easily!! Even when you drill the hole with the bit supplied, If you have to remove the pole to reinstall it, 80% of the time you’ll leave the plastic tip at the bottom of the hole. This renders the pole useless. I was also expecting metal tips?

The tip that drives into the ground is a plastic add on piece that is not glued. Once pounded in and if removed. The tip is lost in the ground foever

Purchased Sept 30th bought 100 markers. Received 20. Numerous requests to ship the other 80. Continue to get the run around and told someone will get a hold of me in the next 2 days. No one does. It is now Oct 7th. Very dissatisfied with Customer no service. Wll be returning for full refund and purchase markers elsewhere.

I am very disappointed in my 500 markers when i remove the marker every time I lose the black tip as it is not glued to the stick as it should be making it difficult to reuse the stick next time
