This was a test order.
We were told that this was sent with DHL and that customs clearance would be done by DHL. But this has been forwarded to Bring AS and that it will probably cost nok 350 extra.
For the future we ask that all orders are handled by DHL.
And juse the vat number
And that we pick up the goods at DHL Kristiansand. This will also reduce shipping costs for you.

The hammer is really good, but the 17mm hex shank system is outdated and discontinued. I have already checked seven different local stores here in Portugal and nobody sells these chisels anymore. It is impossible to find replacements in my country.

Valla cosa desagradable, lo he usado unas cuantas veces, y ya se ha quedado, el cincel a la máquina, y no hay forma de sacarlo.
Se ha tenido que romper algun rodamiento.
Asi que ya no se puede usa .

I buy for my project and it is broken in 15 min, customer service is worse as well they promise me to sent parts but who is going to change it. Unless they refund or return this they just give partial payment. The question is the product is still damage and useless if you provide customer partial refund what they do with the product which iis 100% Unless
They are not good as described and again customer service is worse as well do not buy this product
