My husband bought this for me for my sour dough bread. I love it. It works great and should last forever for me since I'm retired.

Very strong piece of equipment for my small operation. Easy to set up and use. Only downside is it only runs at one speed. I would love to have had the option of a variety of speeds.

I do love this for my bread, only thing I would like to see is a variable speed control. For the price the quality does seem great but I don't make that much bread but I love it for the few loaves a week I do.

This is an all-around good spiral mixer. I have done a few triple batch pizza Doughs with like 6 kg of flour and it handled it very well. The QR code is a link to a video I made.

I can only honestly give this mixer four stars because it only has one speed of 159 RPMs and the mixer bowl does not detach for cleaning. which makes that a little bit of a chore. That being said, when looking up recipes on Google and putting in that my mixer only has one speed of 159 RPMs, it seems to complement the mixer with the appropriate mixing times and recipes, as far as the dough I have mixed in this spiral mixer, it seems to be a phenomenal product, Extremely quiet, and something I would definitely buy again, but hope not to only because I use it at home and not to run a business, so it should last forever in my opinion, I would definitely suggest this to anybody who wants to mess around with bread pizza or anything else that deals with a spiral mixer, just wherever you choose to use it, you might want to consider leaving it there because it does weigh over 90 pounds.

I just received my spiral dough mixer 2 days early! Couldn’t be happier with the free shipping and total price $499. It came in a solid wood box with styrofoam, very secure and protected. I made my first batch of dough within 30min of opening the box and it worked awesome! Only issue is the knob for the timer was off in the box and won’t stay on the peg, I’ll probably just super glue it on. I was a little worried that this mixer is only one speed, but it’s a nice medium/high speed and finished the dough super smooth and stretchy (pumpkin look) in 10 min no problem. So far I am a very satisfied customer!

Awesome product

This thing is build like a tank. It's a game changer for making my pan pizza dough. The only downsides for me is the 80lb weight and it being a challenge to clean. I feel both of these are worth it however because both of these things will help the mixer last 20+ years.

Era justo lo que necesitaba. Es estética, fácil de limpiar, fácil de operar. Y sobre todo hace un buen amasado.
