This mixer is fantastic for the price point. The next closest one is the webstaurant one for 1100$. Only downfall is there is not a low speed setting but other than that the machine is well built and an absolute steal for under 500$. I use daily to make pasta dough and tons of bread and pizza dough for a small busy restaurant.

Bought this for home use as we make Neapolitan pizza regularly and it's been amazing! Only has one speed, but really doesn't affect the quality of the dough. It's very powerful and pretty quiet for the size/type of mixer it is. Would buy it all over again, highly recommend.

Excellent price/value for the money. Very heavy duty and well built. The unit is heavy so it won’t move when mixing. You will need to get a separate cart for this unit as it’s too heavy to lift onto your counter top every time you need to use it.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a table top spiral mixer that i did not have to pay $1500-$2000 for with good quality. This Vevor mixer satisfied my needs very well. Mixer does a great job mixing and so far the quality seems very good. Can’t beat the price for what you get. If I had to criticize this mixer it would be that it’s only 1 speed. If you are looking for a professional kneading mixer for bread etc this is what you are looking for (unless you need 30+ qt). True Italian design with high end components and assembly at a fraction of the cost. Makes incredible quality dough for wide range of breads and pastry’s. One of the best products on vevor!

item received on time was sent 2 day fed ex. mixer arrived in wood crate well protected foam inside. mixer is heavy 80 lbs . I am a hobby / home pizza /bread maker was looking at spiral mixers costing 4 times the amount figured for the cost of this mixer I'd give it a try. so my first mix was 1500g of flour/with biga at 70% hydration mixer handled it very well.machine was not noisy ran smoothly was very happy with results . cleaning was easy as soon as dough was removed I cleaned it out with damp towel wiped dry. I would recommend this mixer from first impressions / use. if I can I will re visit this review in year. hope it lasts

The best dough mixer that I have ever used. Well worth it. Recommend it. Find it extremely helpful when mixing large quantities of pizza dough.
