Used it for cutting roofing metal. Cuts quickly, but a bit challenging to cut straight. Slightly rough cuts get tucked away behind trim anyway, so no worries. Beats all hell out of tin snips! Or any other methods of cutting. Quite impressed. Fast delivery too.

Cumple totalmente , es una maquina que esta sobrada y por el precio es un excelente producto. Adicionalmente tengo el requerimiento de un corte recto y liso pero el acabado no es estético sin embargo si lo recomiendo.

I bought this nibbler with the 4mm capacity to cut 10GA sheet metal for building a stove. The steel shop didn't have 10 so they would give me 8 or 9 gauge for tje same price. This unit is listed as 4mm which is between 8 and 9 gauge sheet so I bought a 4ftx8ft sheet of gauge (0.150") steel. I cut the sheet into 15 pieces with the nibbler. Found thay if I set a straight edge 5/8" Outside my cut line it would cut to the line. Halfway through the third or fourth cut the until stopp cutting. It took me a few minutes to realize the rotating head had come loose. I tightened it back down and had no more issues other than running into my clamps and other obstructions. This was the best $153 I have spent in awhile. The motor got warm but it chewed up gauge steel just as advertised. It comes with spare brushes, a spare set of teeth, and a spanner wrench.
