It is advertised a a cross line laser. IT IS NOT. The instructions are unbelievably bad. Even for English as a second language. It makes reference to what each numbered button does. The illustration does not have the buttons labeled so that is useless. Disjointed language that does not make sense. Besides being described as cross line. It appears they sent a used return. It will run for a minute. Stall then about 30 seconds later it starts again. I have ordered several things from Vevor. This is the one that disappoints me.

I probably would have given 5 stars if it lasted. I was using it for a few days and was working perfectly until it stopped. I would press the power button and it would start up for a short time. Turns out that it doesn’t charge, probably never did. I was in a pinch, so I opened it up and removed the battery. I “jimmy-rigged” the charging block directly to the terminals where the battery normally would connect and got it working. So unfortunately I have a transit that needs to be plugged in all the time. I bought it months before I ever used it and then dissected it, so figured any sort of warranty would be void.

I was looking forward to using this laser, but when I received it (shippment was quick), I charged it for roughly 6 hours only to find out it will not stay on unless it's plugged into the charger. Contacted customer service right away and still nothing. Just keep getting the old AI response "your ticket has been forwarded to the right department, you will here back shortly" Customer service is non existent. Not looking forward too trying to return and get my money back, I know it's going to be a brutal process. I'll keep everyone posted.

Une vraie cochonnerie. L’appareil a fonctionné à peine 3 heures avant de cesser complètement de fonctionner. Cette panne en plein chantier a paralysé mes travaux pendant plusieurs heures, entraînant des retards importants ainsi que des pertes financières. Pour moi, ce produit n’a absolument pas la fiabilité nécessaire pour être utilisé sur un chantier de construction. Il s’apparente davantage à un gadget pour une utilisation occasionnelle à la maison qu’à un véritable outil de travail. Je suis extrêmement déçu de la qualité du produit, mais également du service après-vente de VEVOR. Au lieu de régler rapidement le problème, les démarches me font perdre encore davantage de temps. J’ai finalement dû me déplacer et acheter un autre appareil chez un fournisseur local afin de pouvoir reprendre mon chantier le plus rapidement possible. Je ne souhaite aucun remplacement. Après cette expérience, je n’ai plus confiance en ce produit ni en sa fiabilité. Je demande donc un remboursement complet et je souhaite ne plus avoir à travailler avec un produit VEVOR. Update: le service à la clientèle est d'une lourdeur incroyable. En plus d'être lent, il me font des offres ridicule. C'était assurément ma dernière commande chez vevor

Everything seems to work in regular mode forms great but I could not get the tilt portion to work and was about to return it until I finally I guess figured it out so I used it for a day in the tilt mode no problem, but I pulled it out to level the road on a slope tonight and could not get it to operate the way it did last week. I bought it because of this tilt function. I'm a pretty sharp guy, but I can't figure out the remote. I spent an hour and a half trying to get it to work like it did last week and I gave up. I don't know what I'm missing. Yes, the directions are beyond horrible and the reviews. Nobody seems to give a shit about the tilt function so after reading all the reviews I got nothing I've watched all the videos and they were a bunch of. I've purchased a lot of stuff from Vevor and I'm a fan but if I can't consistently go out and use the remote to operate the tilt function because the buttons of the tilt don't correspond with the buttons on the unit itself then I will return it and try another one.

It would have got 5 stars but they charged me 140$ for shipping then they put the wrong address down and luckily I live in a small town of 800 people in Alaska and my FedEx driver knows me so my package finally got to me after two weeks. For the cherry on top they credited me back 15$
