As per the other comments, the hitch carrier takes some time to assemble. But with a drill or cordless screwdriver you can assemble in less than an hour. Seems quite light for the strength of the item. And loading a mobility scooter is quite easy compared to other methods I have tried.

I'm very happy with the quality and value of this carrier. We bought it primarily as an easier way to transport a wheelchair but it will be nice to have to carry extra cargo. Possibly messy top soil or plants. My one wish would be that the gate could close inside the rack for easier storage.

Great cargo carrier, fits a 22 inch lawnmower and 5 gallon gas can. The only complaint I have with it, it's a little too tight to get the ramp locked in place.

It came in with one of the corner broken and i have reached out to customer service for a refund or exchange and they keep telling me wait 38 hours for somwonw to get back to me. Very poor customer support sent it back and still no refund !!!!! horrible customer service and it took 2 weeks to get them to send me a return label .

This carrier arrived on time. Easy to put together. As mentioned by another purchaser, the launching tail is too short. I had to make an extension to make it work. Its fine for my mobility scooter. Attaches easily to my RV.

Fairly easy to assemble. I hooked it up and tightened the hitch. I will need to use a stabilizer attachment as it is quite loose. It will work for the purpose I need it for, ie, bringing lawnmower, snowblower in for repair and mostly loading my gas power washer to my fathers.
