Not too many instructions included, but easy to out together. Have been using for a year, apart from a couple of temperature glitches, it's worked perfectly. Just wish it had come with a long tumbler press attachment, or mug attachment to better cover 16oz mugs. Overall a great purchase for me

Love the 11 in 1 press. Very easy to use. I have only 2 complaints about it. The instructions on putting it together are very poor we had to watch a couple of videos on YouTube just to make sure we were putting it together properly. The other thing is when you raise the press to take something out it has a very small space or you have to spin it completely around just to get to your item. If it lifted higher versus spinning it would be much better.

Great Mother's Day gift for my wife. It was cheaper than Amazon and other retailers to buy on the website.

Hello, I received my heat press on time. The delivery was timely and I liked that. As for the assembly, though I had to use additional assistance from YouTube from previous owners of this heat press because I didn't think I was understanding the instructions well, it wasn't hard to assemble after that. I love what I am able to accomplish using this heat press for my business. I have since used the plate and cup press. I loved how the items came out for both of them. The only thing I noticed is that my plate press pad is no longer supportive because it seems to be squished and I wish I could get another plate press pad. Were/How can I get another one? I will try the hat, pen and shirt press shortly but overall it is a good machine to have especially for business owners and persons who are into creating and crafting. Very useful tool.

the 11 in one heat press allows for an expansion of unlimited transfer products from shirts to hats to mugs, etc. I have used several of the attachments and had successful outcomes. I highly recommend this product.

Came on time. Works great. Couldn't wait too use it. Made a work shirt.... trying to sale it to the boss...

This press is great for starting out. Comes with a lot of attachments for pretty much anything. Overall good construction and well made. The only issue that I have is that it's kind of a pain to switch out the attachments. Some type of quick release connectors would be great... Other than that, I wish I would have purchased one a little bigger...

So far I have only used the shirt press and the hat press. The shirt press is decent however the head or top plate moves, twisting as it drops. It has since day one. Not a fan of the hat press and have since bought a single stand hat press. The hat attachment does not hold the hats tight so they move. It's a decent machine so far just took a while to get the pressure set and figuring out how to assemble as the directions do not list the screws and so we had a hard time figuring out which ones went where.

I love my 11 in one heat press! I have not been able to use all the attachments but I am excited to use the, that being said I have used 3 out of 11 and I am in love with what I have been able to do so far. I can't wait to try out the rest of them!

this is a nice press and the extras that come with it are great but after using a few times the press is warped and doesnt heat evenly now i wish i would have got a clam shell press
