If you are buying this for the hat attachment, I would spend more money and get a higher quality press with multiple curved angles. This press is hard to get the hats to press because the curve doesn't fit the front of any of the hats and is intended for dad hats im assuming. But not suited well for trucker hats or flatbills.

Me pareció mal servicio.

I don't recommend this heat press. It's better to choose the ones that open upwards rather than swing away, because the pressing pressure here is very poor and the prints turn out not durable. The temperature on the heat gun doesn't match the temperature on the screen, and customer support was no help. I regret buying this press; I only got it because I specifically needed this size.

Not a very well thought out Shirt/hat press. The hat option entails dismantling most of the machine and the attachments to get to the hat option somewhat working but the attachments don't really line up or work well. The Shirt press works fine. I will probably just buy a separate hat press. Also really bad instructions (kinda A Vevor thing)

Heat press works well but mug press heating element quit working after two months.

Got it delivered today, and doesn’t work properly out of the box…won’t heat over 190 degrees, even though it is set at 390 degrees…also tried switching it from Fahrenheit to Celsius won’t switch…frustrating we will see how customer service goes, already disappointed that it says 48 hours to get back with me…so far not very happy…brand new and doesn’t work…
