Just terrible - I decided to give this ramp to my son. He said that he walked on it and it cracked! I was going to use this for my husband's walker. I wanted to return it to Vevor, but they said they wouldn't accept it due to the weight and the cost to send it back. I was offered $70 to keep this item, and although I accepted the offer, the item is just junk. I never received the $70.

I purchased this for a relative to use for a house warming party. After ordering and before opening it, I worked with customer service to see if I could exchange for another size as faniky requested a different one. Customer service said no it would be too difficult to return. Fine. I finally opened it... IT IS COMPLETELY BROKEN and UNUSABLE. Horrible product and poor customer service.

It barley holds my weight, (220lbs.) and is very shakey when a wheel chair go up it. Not happy with it at all. I am going to have to build supports in order to use it.

This product was not as described properly in the ad. It was bouncy, shaky and unstable. It didn’t feel secure for me a 150 lb man to walk on. Upon discovering that situation and trying to return the product the process was terrible! It made it impossible to get approval to send it back. I feel I have been ripped off by Vevor. They refused to take it back. There are no phone numbers for customer service. I will never make a purchase from the again. I found out after this experience that is is a Chinese owned company. No wonder!

Do not buy this ramp! Do not buy anything from the Vevor website! I bought this ramp because the Vevor website claimed that it would be delivered within a couple of days, and I was in a rush. It act took nearly a week to arrive. My contractor then told me that it was too short. I was reluctant to exchange it for a longer ramp from Vevor, since the 3ft ramp had taken too long to arrive. I got the below reply from Vevor customer service. Spoiler alert: Vevor offered to refund $41 for a ramp that cost $120, and I would be responsible for shipping. ---------------------- Dear Customer, Thank you for your new email, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Garbage. Do not buy. The ramp is flimsy and bows and twists in the middle. I asked for a refund and they replied that the folding version is normal to have an 'elastic' effect when used. This is advertised for a wheelchair or scooter. A wheelchair would flip over the side if they tried to use it. A scooter would crush this under the weight.

There is absolutely no way this ramp could support even close to 800 lbs … im 205 and felt like this may break the ramp .

Don't waste your money. This is a flimsy piece of garbage. My old one is rated for 200 lbs. Less than this one and is way better

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR RETURN POLICY AND MAKE UP ANY EXCUSE FOR YOU NOT TO RETURN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT WAS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT SECURE AND WOBBLED A LOT!!!
