I ordered one and it came in very damaged and unusable. I sent pictures of the damaged unit and they immediately sent out a replacement. Second unit came in just fine. I was very happy with how fast and easy the process was. I use Vevor a lot and am happy with them. The damage was definitely a shipping issue and they made it right !

fun party time
not real is for me to assemble, and it took a little time to peel off sticky material I wiped if off and oil the rollers and it took care of itself and the clean up wasn't bad

What a fun and impressive machine. I gave it 5*'s because it's a high quality machine. Heavy duty and should last me a lifetime. IF I had to make 1 suggestion it would be that there should be a grab handle or knob for the flip up window. BUT, I believe that may make a weak point which could lead to an easily broken spot.

Used for an event. It was easy to use and the hot dogs sold out. Also, shipped fast and was fairly easy to clean.
