Best appliance I have ever gotten. Easy to use and clean. It's super versatile. I use it for much more than Shwarma and al pastor. I make turkey breast and pork roast but the best thing is roast beef ! It cooks the perfect roast with even doneness all the way through no more well done ends and rare middles. It cooks evenly from top to bottom.

It’s trash, though. I’m just testing it, and I’m going to add pictures. You guys said it’s been about two hours—no lie. It’s just a little hot. It comes from the back, just a little bit. There’s a tiny heart. Even if you put the gyro in, it might cook in two years.”

Machine works as it should but to cook a 6lb chicken I ran machine for 14 hours then ended up throwing the chicken away still not done temp was set at 375-400 the entire time only recommend if you plan on eating the meal the following day better off to buy a name brand one
