Machine works as it should but to cook a 6lb chicken I ran machine for 14 hours then ended up throwing the chicken away still not done temp was set at 375-400 the entire time only recommend if you plan on eating the meal the following day better off to buy a name brand one

The lower burner barely heats and produces almost no flame, so the meat on the bottom stays raw no matter how long you wait. Meanwhile, the top keeps overheating and burning the meat. Completely uneven cooking and a waste of time. Don’t throw your money away on this product.

Was great as long as it worked. First, timer stopped cutting of the power. And finally it is just a rotisserie without heat. E.g food carousel as long as plugged in without danger of burning the food.
