A great little band saw, so much more useable for small objects than the horizontal bandsaw, don't know how I did without it

I have never owned a portable bandsaw before and certainly not one equipped with a base like this one. This tool came mostly assembled with the only challenge being putting on the blade. Quickly overcome. I got this two days ago and already have used a bunch cutting 1/8 plate and even with the supplied blades ... so easy! Base is really sturdy an seems to be accurate on the cuts. The clamp locks down the workpiece really well. No need to get name branded blades right away. The two that came with the saw are fine. I'd go ahead and use those up. LED very helpful.

This is an excellent saw, well built and easy to use. No complaints or concerns regarding the saw. If I were forced to make a complaint, I would have to say the angle adjustment feature could use a redesign.

For being the absolute cheapest portable band saw you can buy, I was initially skeptical. After using it a bit, though, I'm pleasantly surprised to say that it does everything I expected with no evidence of any downsides. All I had to do was buy a better blade that is appropriate for the material I'm cutting. Otherwise it has been an absolute pleasure.

Quick dispatch and delivery (AU). Removed two screws, slide off covers, put on the blade. Put to lowest speed. Dry run. Replace covers. Cut through 25mm dia CrMo steel at 1 easily. So I love it so far. Where have you been all my life.

Works great. I use it on a daily basis to cut material for my many turning and milling projects. I have a small workshop, so the larger floor mounted versions would be a tight fit.

Impressed. Very nice machine for the money.if anyone is looking for a good quality band saw hands down choose this one you will not be disappointed at all.

I was initially skeptical considering the price since I previously used a oil fed floor unit of industrial quality. If you are careful and do not force the cutting (I actually take some force off the cut to assure very good tolerances angularly), I have good results. I have cut 25 pieces of 1/4" bar and 9 cuts through schedule 40 black pipe. The blade is beginning to be worn a bit, which is not great durability, but then this is not a daily use, high frequency, design. It is intended for a low cost alternate to a commercial design which would likely be 3x the price. You can't go wrong by purchasing this item. It is lightweight and can travel to your jobsite without a lot of hassle. I would buy again, but with a 2 year warranty, hope I don't need to. Go ahead and take the plunge. My next project will be to building one of those DIY rigs that can use the large Bauer handheld band saw in a vertical plane to cut out metal patterns for my metalworking art projects, etc. For a Horizontal cut , this rig works well. I wish they made this as an attachment for your existing Bauer handheld bandsaw. Getting a heavier duty saw would have been better, but this is great.

Very nice cut straight I just don’t like the vise but other are very nice and they give 2 saw I cut almost 5 inches without trouble

This bandsaw is everything I was hoping for. Bern using it a lot. Don’t know how I coped without it.
