The only problem I have had is the blade is easy to get pinched in the cut and the blade will flex easily when trying to get it unstuck. The hook on the end of the blade may contribute to that as well. Other than that it works great and is of good quality. Would buy again.

Quick and easy to use, an Allan key and a Spanner for the two bolts would be great. Make it a complete kit, and it all fits into the bag.

I recently purchased a Vevor pole saw, and I’ve been quite pleased with its performance. It’s easy to assemble, and the extension pole allows me to reach high branches effortlessly. The cutting power is impressive, and it makes yard work a breeze. I’m deducting one star because the user manual could be more detailed, but overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable pole saw.

It's really nice that they have many small sections so that you don't have to operated any taller than you need. Has you get taller, the flexibility becomes a bit more challenging. But for the money, this is definitely a nice solution. And allows us to trim ourselves instead of calling a company out every year.

The delivery was very quick, which was a great benefit of using CouriersPlease for Australia customer. However, when the pole saw is extended beyond 4 metres, it should include a shoulder harness as a safety feature. Without a harness, prolonged use can place significant strain on the shoulders and arms, potentially causing soreness and discomfort. Other than that, this is a very useful tool for cutting high branches without the need for a ladder, making the job much safer and more convenient.

Cutting tree branches is fine. However, touching the connecting rod with bare hands gives a needle-like sensation, as if tiny invisible thorns are pricking your hand. It feels like there are small fiberglass particles present—always wear gloves when handling it.

The blade on this saw is very thin and the rope mechanism is a plastic pulley system.

I bought because neighbor bought one I gave price as his but didn’t extra blade and the bolt attach the pole adapter I guess miss and hit what comes with it.

Great for young strong person, i can only handle a few additions. It works great but for me the 20 feet it’s too heavy, but it’s ok!

Poor quality and terrible experience with customer service. It's been 60 days and my issue is still not resolved.
