Solid product. EASY to install. They are of a very solid construction. The end caps fit a bit loosely but a single wrap of electrical tape makes for a strong fit.

Very sturdy and easy to install. The only challenge was that the drill bit that came with the railing was too large for a standard drill so I had to purchase a new bit to fit my basic Black and Decker to drill the pilot holes in the concrete footing. It's definitely a two-person job to get everything level and affixed. Even with the trip to the hardware store, it only took 90 minutes to install (not including pouring the concrete footing.) Note: The instructions that came with it were clearly translated from another language and were not easy to understand.

Shipping was amazing, within 2 days received! Excellent fit on my two step back entrance, so easy to install, took less than 5 minutes. I wish it had come in white. Since my back entrance has direct sunlight, I did not want the rail to become too hot to touch. So I did have it powder coated in white.

We have used 5 of these over the last 6 months. Quality is uniformly good. They are supplied with all required fixings for normal use, though we used through- bolts on our wooden steps. A good deal.

Perfect handrail for making our sliding door exit safer. Found it by searching on line. The ordering process was easy followed by quick delivery. Very impressed.

Easy to install and good quality. Had to use bigger lag bolts for a wooden step. It’s only one step, But older seniors have something to balance themselves. I would definitely buy this handrail again.

Haven't installed yet but looks very nice quality
