AFTER APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH OF USE THE SHOWER PANEL BEGAN TO LEAK. INITIALY, THE DRIPPING WAS MINIMAL, BUT IT PROGRESSIVELY WORSENED OVER TIME. I CHOSE NOT TO RUTERN THE PRODUCT BACK DUE TO LONG DELIVERY TIME { RETURN IT BACK AND WAIT TO SENT IT BACK},I SUBSEQUENTLY HIRED A LICENSED PLUMBER TO INSPECT AND REPAIR THE UNIT. ALTHOUGH THE ISSUE APPEARED TO BE RESOLVED TEMPORARILY,THE SHOWER PANEL BEGAN LEAKING AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK, WITH THE PROBLEM INCREASING DAY BY DAY. LAST NIGHT AFTER TAKING A SHOWER AND GOING TO SLEEP, I WAS AWAKENED BY A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE BATHROOM. HEADING THERE, JUST TO SEE THAT THE BATHROOM WAS FLOODING. WHEN I OPEND THE SHOWER CABINET, I OBSERVED WATER DISCHARGING UNDER PRESSURE FROM THE CENTRAL THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE, WHICH HAD FALLEN FROM THE PRESSURE. THE BATHROOM DOOR AND SOME FURNITURES WERE DESTROYED DUE TO THE WATER. THE PLUMBER WHO CAME AGAIN TODAY , CONFIRMED THAT THE SHOWER PANEL IS DEFECTIVE . PLEASE PROCEED WITH ALL THE NESSECARY ACTIONS DUE TO I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PROCUCT WHICH CAUSED REPEATED LEAKS AND ULTIMATELY RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT WATER DAMAGE. This model uses G 1/2 thread for the pipe connector, which is incompatible with Canada's NPT (National Pipe Thread). Adapters for this don't exist. Why did they sell me this model knowing it would not fit?

Impossible de regler le débit, ne pas se mettre sous la douche pour ouvrir le robinet, sinon vous passerez du glacial au bouillant avant de pouvoir choisir la bonne température, et pour sortir, ne pas fermer le robinet quand on est sous la douche, vous allez être glacé. Mon épouse a la maladie de Charcot, je souhaitais lui apporter un confort. Nous sommes là risée des infirmières.

The quality of this fixture is cheap cheap cheap. I bought one unit last July that lasted a month. The replacement unit lasted 6 months. The main brass control fitting literally snapped at the connection threads causing water to pour from the fixture - and it wasn’t even being used at the time! Terrible.

Cheep quality and bad plastic, almost everything is from cheep plastic and bad quality I do not recommend to anyone, DO NOT BUY THIS I THEM, IS NICE IN VIDEO BUT NOT WORTH ANY MONEY

N'achetez pas, le risque de brûlures est très grand, impossible de regler le débit, ne pas se mettre sous la douche pour ouvrir le robinet, sinon vous passerez du glacial au bouillant avant de pouvoir choisir la bonne température, et pour sortir, ne pas fermer le robinet quand on est sous la douche, vous allez être glacé. N'ayez pas d'eau dans les yeux pour toucher aux options des jets, le risque de se tromper de robinet est très grand, ne pas laisser les enfants dans cette douche

Shower head leaked terribly and the water got into the wall behind the unit, down to the next floor and destroyed the ceiling and walls in addition to my brand new front door. So incredibly disappointed. This was the worst purchase I could have ever had, would be negative 1000 rating if I could. Until this is resolved trust that I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company.
