It make a hole, what more do you need? How about better selection of cutters. It not a commercial quality tool BUT it’s good for the home shop. I have doubts it would survive regular use.

Would have done 4.5 stars if I could. I didn't use any of the cutters hence my reticence for giving 5 stars. I just don't know. The machine itself can't be faulted for the price. I've used the European machines quite a bit (but not for a few years) and this one is fine.

Preis-/Leistung ist bei der Maschine "unschlagbar"! Arbeite selbst auch mit Profimaschinen, wie z.B. von Fein. Zu diesen Maschinen ist Vevor bewusst sehr einfach gehalten und kostet weniger als die Hälfte. Da sind Abstriche selbstverständlich. Pluspunkte: - sehr schnelle Lieferung - für den Preis mehr als i.O. - klare Kaufempfehlung Minuspunkte: - Kühlmittelbehälter recht dünn/"papierig" und leckt, dürfte nicht lange halten BOHRER - KEINE Kaufempfehlung Mit Qualitätsbohrern nicht zu vergleichen. Rate vom Kauf ab, lieber doch mehr Geld ausgeben. Auch mir als erfahrenen Anwender ist bei mittlerer Drezahl und sehr langsamen Vorschub der Bohrer gerissen (siehe Bilder).

This drill is built like a tank. I used it to drill through 1/4 inch mild steel. I built this custom stand so I can use it for drilling small pieces.

Used this machine to drill over 600 16mm holes in 16mm plate steel for a welding fixture table I am making. worked like a champion and will be used in future projects.

Building process tanks from 8" sch 40 steel pipe. Each tank takes 5 fittings with o-lets. Drilling by hand or torching was less than satisfactory so I bought this Vevor magnetic drill. What a pleasure. It bores through the thick pipe wall with ease and leaves a clean hole. At first I was concerned that the magnetic base would be unstable on the curved surface of the pipe but it's easy to hold steady. I wouldn't recommend this without a pipe accessory on smaller diameters but on 8" pipe, it worked fine. $166 with a set of bits, it's an incredible value.

This is a great drill for the price. I looked at many seemingly comparable ones and they all cost at least $800. I've been using this to drill out old bolts that have broken off on the side of my cast tractor casings. It's been more than up to the task. The magnet holds it reasonably firm and the drill itself is more than powerful enough. The bits have been able to drill into grade 8.8 bolts.
