This is a really hard review. The product was good however the customer service sucked. About the best thing I can say is Vevor should not advertise "get it by" date unless they can deliver on that date. I had an issue that I needed the inverter basically overnight for a mechanical issue that needed immediate resolution. I ordered the device on Saturday the 31st of January, expecting a delivery date of 2/2 which is what was advertised. Mind you, I did not have any options on shipping, because of this I expect the vendor to select a shipping method that would get the product to me on time. I received the product 5 days later than the advertised date causing me to have to secure a another controller and install it. This cost me so much time that paying a couple of buck for shipping would have been a better way to go. Heck this box weighed about 3lbs and is very small, In fact I could ship this box with 2 day delivery for about $13 bucks and that is at retail. I am sure that Vevor could have done two day shipping for $3 or $4 bucks which I would have paid for if I had the option. I did get the new inverter installed on Sunday and it appears to work as advertised. My biggest issue is customer service making excuses for the slow shipment, telling me that they shipped it on time. This is not an acceptable excuse as Vevor gave no option on shipping. This box went all over the western US going from Chicago, to Colorado to Los Angeles to San Francisco then to Sacramento. While I am all for site seeing, not for a package that was advertised "get it by Feb 2"

Buenos días, no pensaba escribir pero ya que me enviais esta carta lo comento estuve a punto de devolverlo porque vino con el potenciómetro partido y parecía que ya había sido usado porque venía con los parámetros tocados pero como me urgía ya lo usé y de momento parece que va bien Saludos

Para um variador de 4CV cuja cablagem será no mínimo 4mm2 os bornes não suportam esta secção de cabos

Hallo, mein Name ist Herbert Hoffmann, ich hatte bisher schon 3 Frequenzumrichter von einer anderen Marke gekauft ( habe noch einige Maschinen, die umgerüstet werden müssen, kein Drehstrom ). Ich habe das Gerät bei Ihnen gekauft, um noch andere Frequenzumrichter zu testen. Ich konnte das Gerät noch nicht testen, da keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung bei der Lieferung dabei war. Bitte senden Sie mir eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung, damit ich das Gerät anschließen kann. Danke und Gruß Herbert Hoffmann

No lo pone en ninguna parte, quizá mi error fue asumir por omisión que trifásico, como estamos en la unión europea, se refería a 380V, pero no... Solo funciona a 220v en bifásica o trifásica...

De tweede die zich opblies na aansluiting op 3-fasen. Nu twee stuk wegens dezelfde fout. Wat is er fout gegaan?

Ook hierboven is een deel van de sterbeoordeling nog niet correct, wordt vervolgd, de omvormer is op 3 fase input aangesloten op de aansluitingen L1, L2 en L3 en circa 5 tellen na inschakelen van spanning een doffe klap, wat rook uit de inverter en uiteindelijk na demontage afkomstig van een condensator welke in het apparaat ontploft is, een soortgelijke review had ik hier al eerder gelezen en dacht toen van zal wel een fabrieksfoutje geweest zijn echter nu gebeurt mij dit ook, ik moet verder en heb voor nood een andere goedkopere inverter gekocht waarvan de input aansluiting nu alleen op 220 volt is.
