was not as described .cannot use it at all

I can’t use them, they did not include the hardware to put them together, I asked for a refund and they said yes they would refund me my whole purchase price, they said it went to Apple Pay and it did not, they keep telling me to be patient they refund is on the way, I feel I got scammed.

J'ai acheté le portant pour la chambre de mon fils. Je suis très déçue car le portant présente un défaut de fabrication sur un des montants principaux très gênant. Trois trous ont été percés du mauvais côté empêchant un bon montage d'un montant principal.

Très mauvaise avis vu que la commande n'est toujours pas en ma possession. Veuillez l'expédier rapidement apres plusieurs reclamation

Just starting to use this so I can’t yet comment on longterm durability. However, it definitely is much lighter weight and flimsier than the true “industrial” Z racks I’ve owned.

The main steel tube where you hang your clothes has been bowed in the middle since we put our clothes on. Otherwise it is built decently and can handle quite a bit of clothes on the rack. It wobbles occasionally when moving around. The Z configuration is a bit awkward to get used to. I wish it didn't bow in the middle and that the rack was more sturdy, otherwise it is a good value for the price.

The price point is ok overall but the quality is not Heavy Duty. Both of mine wobble. I don't feel that they will come apart but I will still reinforce them as they are in a public setting. Heavy Duty is not an accurate description.

No me ha llegado la comunicación por mensaje al correo o por teléfono de que podía recoger el pedido en Correos. Cuando he traducido al español la página, me indican que está en Correos.
