great little dough mixer for pizza that’s not on anyone’s radar. I can make 4-6 - 409 gram dough balls at a time.
it’s the size of an instapot, 2 piece top. priced well. the only downside is it’s a bit loud like many other mixers of its size.
why I like it. I throw my flour, yeast, salt, water 10 mins later. I am done. I remove the hook. put the cover on to proof, that’s it. I comeback in a few hours ball, no mess. wash the bowl we are done.
can’t wait to use it for other tasks.

This mixer is awesome! I always wanted the open on top style over the Kitchen Aide. They have always been too expensive. Vevor offers this commercial quality counter top mixer at the most affordable price. Under $100. I purchased it and couldn’t be happier. It weighs much less, and is not as messy when using.
