- Built-in Two-way Lock Cylinder: Output force: 470 kgf. The cylinder has a built-in two-way locking valve, which eliminates rebound torque during torsion. With robust barrel design and efficient sealing, the system can withstand the harsh environment.
- Max. 300HP Helm Pump: Max. Working pressure: 6.9 Mpa/1000 psi. The low friction helm ensures smooth and comfortable steering. And it has a replaceable shaft seal that can be easily replaced.
- Cut-to-length Hoses: Our high-strength nylon hose is equipped with quick-fit 1/4'' pipe fitting for easy and fast installation and multiple re-uses. Each hose is 20' long and can be cut for your specific installation, accommodating most boats.
- Great Partner for Your Boat: Our hydraulic steering kit is for single-outboard powered boats rated up to 300 HP, including runabouts and inflatables — and outboard engines with ABYC standard engine tilt tubes up to 300 HP (total). For single station, single-engine use only.

Our steering kit consists of a low friction helm for smooth and comfortable steering. A balanced cylinder –featuring a compact design. For your convenience, two lengths of 20' hoses and fill tubes are supplied for easy operation. Upgrade your boat and create waves with our kit.

The hydraulic outboard boat steering kit with compact cylinder, helm, and hose are suitable for most outboards. A directional system makes steering easy, so you can enjoy more time out on the water.

The steering cylinder has an upgraded sealing system for maximum protection from saltwater and freshwater. And the built-in two-way locking valve eliminates rebound torque during torsion effectively.
Efficient Hydraulic Helm
The helm max. Working pressure is 6.9 Mpa/1000psi. It comes with a replaceable shaft seal to protect fluid from leaking, and the shaft seal is easy to replace.
2 x 20ft Hose
Our high-strength nylon hose with a quick-fit 1/4 tube is easy to install. Each hose is 20' long, and the helm connection can be cut for your specific installation.
Standard Accessories
This kit comes with two pcs tubes. A plastic tube is attached to the quart bottle, and the other end is screwed into the pump's filling hole, which assists in bleeding the system.

Our hydraulic system kit comes complete with everything needed for an installation. It fits most outboard-powered pontoon boats, deck boats, fishing boats, and runabouts where horsepower does not exceed 300.
