They sent it to the wrong address and refused to correct the problem after multiple attempts to do so. Apparently, they're very very stupid and don't understand the English language well. I bought a product from another supplier that was cheaper. Also, I don't agree to them selling or sharing my information, but I can't post this review (They have hounded me with many emails to write a review), without accepting ALL COOKIES. What a bunch of crap.

Sau schwer und die Bolzen halten überhaupt nichts Die mitgelieferten Bolzen halten was sobald das Gerät einmal montiert wurde und Umzug kannst es wegwerfen
Habe es montiert nach ein zwei Wochen bin ich umgezogen andere Bolzen hält das Ding überhaupt nicht ich wünsch dir viel Spaß das schwere Ding was sicher 5-10-15 Kilo wiegt alleine auf der Leiter montieren wenn kein einziger Bolzen hält ich wünsche euch viel Spaß hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich das nicht gekauft Drecksscheiß
