Purchased 3 of these, they are not very good, one already has a kink in it and doesn't pull out or retract very well. I think this is one of the perfect examples of you get what you pay for, i need 3 of them so went with these cheaper ones, should have got the gardena ones.

Didnt last too long before the spring on the recoil broke. I just use it as a loose hose now. Not great at all.

Terrible didn’t work brand new tried to return it they won’t refund me. Now I have a 130’ hose. They said they would refund me a partial $ amount I haven’t seen anything. Stay away from this product.

I bought a vevor 150ft hose. Love the texture of hose Then I found the one on real. Real makes it easier to store, but the texture of hose is different.Hose is thinner. The spray on sprinkle mode does not spray far enough. VERY disappointed when this one didn't reach my pond. That is the only reason I purchased the reel. Very unhappy , Sheila S

I bought this a few months ago. I ordered the 1/2" hose hose reel and was disappointed that the hose wasn't 1/2". The hose is barely 3/8". The retractable hose reel works good and seems to be built well. Vevor definitely misrepresented this product.

Plastic on plastic the plastic Mount that mounts to the 4x4 doesn't let my real swing 180° I've been trying to email you twice with no response or that would help me I would purchase a metal bracket cuz the plastic one that came in with it it does not turn 180° a metal one would be fine if you would kindly send me one I will pay for it if you're that greedy the metal bracket that comes with the 5/8 reel is fine I need a metal bracket for the plastic one that comes in with a half inch reel have not gotten any satisfaction with the emails I sent so I would like a metal bracket so please

lasted just short of 2 years before return spring broke, it had never been pulled out to maximum length, for the price it is rubbish. contacted vevor no mention of repairing offered £28 compensation which took 2 weeks to sort. Do not recommend this product
