Good quality product, just too small of a hose diameter wise. Not enough power, if I would’ve known better I would’ve got the bigger one.

Needs 3/4” hose.

Great for light yard work. We have a small farm with a 70x80 paddock, and the automatic wind is not working properly. It seems that the high volume of work we use it for wears this unit out fast. The winding mechanism doesn't distribute the hose correctly. This causes the hose to wind more on one side than the other, filling up that side and stopping the auto-wind mechanism. I need to replace this unit with a manual reel. I was hopeful they made this auto winder strong enough to handle a small paddock.

Doesn’t fully retract. Works well enough but gets tangled and doesn’t fully retract.

The handle broke within the first 5 usages.

When I first got my hose it work great but a little while later I had trouble extending the hose, then when it extends I have trouble getting it to retract. The spray nozzle came off. Now I'm extremely disappointed with the quality.

Usually very happy with Vevor products. I have the same size hose but the Gardena brand. I've had it for a few years and it works great. Thought I would save some money and trust in the quality of Vevor and bought this one. Unfortunately, after about 10 months the retracting spring stopped working. My mistake, I didn't keep track of the date and went 3 weeks past the one-year warranty and the only thing Vevor would offer was a $20 rebate. I couldn't even buy a replacement tension spring. It would be really nice if they offered that, given that many people have experienced the same problem with the tension spring failing. Other than the spring, the build quality is as good as the Gardena. But if it fails after year then maybe it's worth investing the money in a better version.

Bought this in April, right away the nozzle leaked, and 3 mths in and multiple leaks in the hose it self. It is not sturdy by any means, i would not buy again. The nice thing is it puts it self away
