needed a hose that would go longer than standard 100 ft. this one does that but the flow is about 40% of a regular hose.

Low quality product. I’m hoping it will last a couple years. Support is weak. It took me 8 or 10 emails and 2 weeks to get an answer to a very simple question. I’m not sure after all the back forth they actually understood my question. I’m just very disappointed in this product and this company.

Low rating due to the mounting hardware being complete junk!, first the plastic inserts provided, Yes I said plastic, for the lag screws are metric and of course the SAE drills are different, seemed to mount up secure until my wife tried to recoil the hose after the first use and the hose reel assembly came out of the brick wall. the plastic inserts still gripping the lag screws but not the brick. Used pliers and the appropriate wrench to remove the plastic inserts from the lag screws which still held tight. Ended up purchasing 1/2 inch x 3 concrete inserts for the holes that I drilled and reattaching the hose reel. Vevor should have included the correct lag screw system for this item load . The 1/2 hose reel that this replaces had a correct concrete lag screw inserts but yet Vevor chose a cheap fastening method. VEVOR do better technical research when providing mounting hardware. Not sure if I will recommend any more Vevor products to friends going forward. A 1/2 inch hose reel gets metal wall fasteners but a larger 5/8" unit gets plastic you figure it out!!!

Very cheap., bought 4 of these and all of them didn't last a season. Hoses will not roll up, attachment broken, very cheaply made spent like 425.00 dallors never again. Don't buy. Poor poor terrible product. Then they refund me very little buy two more and they are the same cheap stuff. Done with this.

Great idea but broke within the first week of using it.

Quality is not what I expected. Everything is plastic and feel very cheap. The nozzles it comes with are absolute junk. The hose is the cheapest grade hose typically sold. I don’t see it lasting more than one season. I wish it was better because the concept is great.

I bought this because of all of the hype it was getting. It worked great until I am unable to switch out nozzles because the clamp it screws in just spins, and water does not come through the hose just runs out the bottom. This is the second Item I have purchased from Vevor directly, and have had issues. They sent me the lawn sweeper with wrong size bolts to be able to put together .I had to go out and buy bolts that worked not a big deal just an inconvenience. I have contacted customer support in regards to the hose, and still waiting for answers.

I purchased two of these retractable hose reels and installed one. The hose will not retract all the way, the waterhose leaks where the nozzle is attached. Not that pleased with it to be honest! Complained to customer service on March 16, 2026 they will occasionally message me back but I still have not received a response as to what will be done to resolve the issue!
