My first use, I pulled the hose out to use had it lock in fine as it was rolling back in a rod feel out and the piece of the spool feel out. On the side of the reel a small white piece was sticking out to the side. I held the white piece up to get the hose to reel back in all the way. Please Let me know how to return and warranty. J

The customer service here is ridiculous. On May 27th I made a claim because the hand sprayer started spraying out the side of the handle after being used only 1 time!!! They responded that I would hear back within 48hrs for the resolution. Here it is April 3rd and still nothing. I have contacted them a couple times since and get the same response. “I should hear back from them within 48hrs with their results….. I am about to pack both up and send them back and get my money and by somewhere else. Such a simple thing to replace I don’t understand why it is taking them a week to figure out what to do….

Bought the VEVOR retractable hose reel (65 ft) and it already broke — very disappointed. The internal plastic elbow connector snapped/cracked after very light use, causing leakage and making the reel basically useless. This is clearly a cheap, weak component inside the unit, and once it fails, the whole system is unusable. On top of that, the hose is very hard to pull out from the reel, which makes it frustrating to use even before it broke. I expected much better durability, but the overall build quality is poor. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle of fixing something that should last much longer. Would NOT recommend.

J’ai acheté au mois de février cet enrouleur en payant le prix fort et pour être tranquille pendant plusieurs années , et à l’ouverture du colis je constate que le produit est endommagé au niveau de l’axe qui maintient les 40m de tuyau. Après ma réclamation auprès du service client, ils me Demandent des photos du carton pour savoir si le produit a été endommagé pendant le transport . Pas de chance pour eux le carton est en excellent état . Donc je conclus que le service qualité n’a pas Fait son travail , et celui qui fait le packaging est passé outre . Première discussion avec un chat : elle me Tutoie super le Respect de la Clientèle J’attends deux jours ouvrable , je refais une demande . On me demande photo du carton pour au final me proposer un dédommagement de 20€ . 😂😂😂 A croire que j’ai acheté un produit d’occasion . Donc si j’accepte , j’aurais payé 80€ un produit cassé . Non désolé je veux un remplacement de mon produit Ci dessous leur proposition : Bonjour, Merci pour votre mail. Had high hopes for this item based on the reviews. Clearly people don't understand what they're buying. There are two fatal flaws with the design of this product. First, they are misleading you by saying this is a 5/8" hose. It is 5/8" OUTSIDE diameter. Normally in the Unite States the size indicates the INSIDE diameter of the hose because that's what determines the amount of flow through the hose. The other fatal flaw is that the connector that you screw into a nozzle or other device is short and does not have a hex nut on it. So when you thread it in it's recessed and can't be tightened enough. More so, it spins on the hose itself making it impossible to be removed. I had to cut the hose to install a new connector which is when I realized this is not a 5/8" ID hose because the connector would not fit inside of it. Now I have a non-returnable item that is useless. This hose reel is horrible, steer clear of it.

Bonjour, Cette enrouleur de tuyau a brisé au début de l'été. Je veux vous en informer. Ressort brisé à l'intérieur j'en suis certain, il ne veut plus s'enrouler si on le déroule il reste en place et on entend le ressort tourné avec le boyau et une deuxième pièces à cassé sans qu'on ne s'aperçoive qu'elle était brisée celle qui relie le boyau au centre de l'enroulement. Je vais envoyer une photo de la deuxième pièce défectueuse mais pour le ressort je ne sais pas comment faire pour réparer ça. C'est neuf et ça brise en peut de temps. Merci de faire le suivi.

Really hard to evaluate when item has never left your facility. Reason was you were out of stock & you try to push me package was lost. one of the worst poor after sales service. It has taken a month to resolve this case were you know thw realitty since first day

Last exactly one year bought it on June 10th 2025 went bad on June 10th 2026 and it won't let me upload a picture to prove it

I am really disappointed I sent all that money for crap ,the hose is thin on my first use the connection that goes to spray come right off ,and it been leaking heavily. I wish I add the box to return this item all that money. I should have just went to home depot or lowe to buy a regular garden hose,I would be more pleased.

It broke the first time I used it and it was a waste of money I refuse to pay for things that aren’t worth it
