Overall it's ok, the retract mechanism doesn't pull the hose in very well when its brand new so I would imagine it will fail soon; I should look at the warranty period because its been in use a few months and only pulled out / retracted twice.

Water pressure is awful at 1/2. I didn't realize it was this much of a difference from 3/4. Awful waste of money

Mounted easy. Never got to use it. Couldn’t get it to return to casing. My money was refunded. I will buy it again when the price comes down to the amount I was refunded.

Reel works fine. Easy to install. Hose is too small. Not enough water flow.

Got one for my wife's garden and green house install it and A week later the end of the house cam off were the sprayer is I reattached it and re crimped not sure how long it will last. Do not trust leaving it on for a long period of time other than that I enjoy the reel part seems to be ok so far but only had for a month .

ordered a 5/8 inch hose from Vevor, but received a 1/2 inch instead. The product did not match the description, so I had to contact support. To their credit, they did refund part of the cost, which was appreciated. However, this is still an important issue. I recommend carefully checking everything you receive from Vevor before using it, as there can be mistakes in sizing or product details. Overall, customer service did respond, but accuracy in shipping needs improvement.
