Tank is too small and it is not as powerful as advertised. I Have an old Keystone and it out performs this one hands down.

Overall this dehumidifier was a great value. It's been working as it should for a few weeks now. The only thing I found misleading or confusing was the tank size. It's listed as 35 pints but in actuality it's 2 liters or 4.25 pints. If kept running, it can be emptied 4 times in 1 day so closer to 17 pints. Not really sure why it's listed as 35 pints. I can't really use the drain hose because 1) much to short 2) the unit has to be elevated above the drain so it doesn't work in my space for this feature.

Seem to be an efficient little machine. Having to drain it every 12 hours in my basement. My only gripe is the self drain system is worthless. There’s no where for the hose to “connect” in the collection bin and having to run the hose out the top of the collection bin makes it so once you do get it to drain the first time (sucked on the end to start flow), it won’t drain on its own the second time. You have to start the flow each time which makes it useless for continuous draining.

We purchased our Vevor 52 Pint Dehumidifier about a month ago and so far it has done a good job in removing the humidity from the air inside our home. Even with the A/C running now the Dehumidifier has made it feel more comfortable inside. Plus we have noticed that it ( A/C ) seems to be running less...And that is great for the electricity bill....However, the instruction booklet that comes with the Dehumidifier is somewhat vague in a number of their instructions. And We have had problems with the Power Button. It does not always turn on and off the unit when pushed. When Vevor was contacted , and they do not have a phone number to call, it takes forever to get answers to your questions...The chat was not help on the website and their e-mail responses to our inquiries were standard replies..." We will be back in touch soon" or the "technical department is working on it"... The most insulting e-mail from them was telling me how to use a touch sensitive button. I would normally recommend this product but please note that their customer service is almost none existant...So be aware of that.

I found the dehumidifier mostly as advertised. It's quiet, works well, and was easy to set up. The one feature I feel needs to be changed or was problematic for me was that the plastic tubing for the constant running is only 3 feet long. This makes placement of the device very limiting. The space where the tubing is attached is also very small. I tried to purchase a longer piece at our local hardware store and the usual 3/8 interior, 1/2 exterior would not fit. I would encourage a 5' length with capacity to cut shorter, or offer longer lengths for purchase at the time of purchase.

Works ok, slip fit for drain hose questionable, Box was beat up something awful when I got it but item appears undamaged and works.

Excellent unit ran it 24/7 for 2 months strait no problems. Highly recommend it.

Everything works fine

Took a few minutes to start functioning. I originally thought it was broken. It is much smaller than my old unit and the reservoir is small. The drainage tube is too short to be useful so I need to see if I can get some tubing somewhere to fit. Overall satisfied.
