Ben Burk Don’t waste your time with this one
They cut corners with the gear design which results in the gear ratio being wholly insufficient for a hand crank unit. It is virtually impossible to turn the basket when filled with 6 full medium frames. After considerable effort to get the basket spinning, there is hardly any useful coasting momentum compared to a variety of other hand crank extractors I have used. I was super stoked to try out this radial configuration but the design limitations end up making the unit virtually useless. Too bad Vevor didn’t make an add-on electric motor for this one. Assembly instructions are incorrect and also insufficient, containing zero detail on bolt/nut/washer order and orientation with odd numbers of some pieces that make you wonder if there are pieces are missing.

John Good extractor, bad customer service
The extractor is ok if you're using it for commercial or langsroth frames but doesn't work for national frames that we have in Ireland and the UK.
I bought in error and tried to process a return and heard nothing from them, which is the reason for the low rating.
I have since altered the extractor to work with my frames but wouldn't recommend it unless you're comfortable with cutting, welding and passivating stainless steel.

The extractor is wobbly, even when mounted on wood. The legs are too thin to hold it in place.

Am cumparat acest produs, in specificatii nu scrie nicaieri ca nu incap ramele 1/1, incap numai cele 3/4 si 1/2, deci in consecinta am fost pacalit si nu ma pot folosi de el in totalitate. Ave ti grija ce cumparati.

problème gros bruit

Bonjour,
je vous ai acheté un extracteur récemment, et après 3 hausses, il y a un gros bruit qui me semble pas normal.
j'ai trouvé au fond de la cuve, dans le support axial, comme un liquide métallique (pas très bon si ça se mélange au miel).
J'ai enregistré une vidéo, je voudrais vous la transmettre, avez-vous une adresse mail ?
ça m'inquiète un peu vu que le produit est neuf.

Was een tijdelijke aanbieding tot eind van de maand. Wat blijkt.
Na de aanbieding is hij nog goedkoper. Voel me gefopt.
Verder is hij te groot voor de Nederlandse simplex honing ramen. Heb er onder kokertjes in geschroefd. Nu gaat het.

Matériel livré très rapidement, coût intéressant.
Matériel fabriqué en Chine, pas très stable lorsqu'on tourne la manivelle un peu rapidement. Une des pattes s'est cassée à la première utilisation.
