Vorrei ordinare la punzonatrice e la pompa idraulica da collegare ma non riesco a vedere nulla relativo alla pompa, potete informarmi per favore. Vorrei anche capire come funziona il ritorno del pistone della punzonatrice dopo la foratura, mi sembra che il pistone sia a singolo effetto.

devo ordinare la punzonatrice idraulica 35 tonn. volevo avere la lista dei punzoni e matrice che monta per fare un ordine completo grazie

This punch is very well built and is detailed nicely. My only complaint is that it is difficult to determine which fittings are required. No details were included in the literature. I ended up ordering fitting/adapters for US, British and Chinese. I believe I now have the required fittings/adapters. If only the small manual that came with punch had that information, I would have saved several days searching.

Good evening: I'm using the CH-70 punch press with dies I bought from AliExpress. I have to say they're quite poor quality; several have already broken, but I can't find them anywhere else to buy. Today I started punching 4mm stainless steel plate, and two 5mm diameter dies broke immediately. The first time, the hole was made, but the second time, not only did it fail to drill, but the die broke and bent the plate. To try and straighten the plate, I removed the die from the punch press, screwed in the punch press's locking mechanism, and placed five 4mm wide plates on the base of the punch press. Then I placed the bent plate on top of the plates and pressed the pedal to straighten them. Unfortunately, I heard a clicking sound, which turned out to be the locking cap that normally holds the die in the threads. The locking was so severe that I had to cut the locking cap off the punch press with a Dremel tool to remove it. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a new locking cap or tell me where I can purchase one and its price. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me where I can buy higher-quality dies that are suitable for stainless steel plates. Thank you very much.

I pushed this thing with a 17/32" square punch. The only way to orient punch is to establish a flat on punch and drill ram for a set screw. The 'snap' of 1/8" A36 has a tendency to loosen the punch retention nut. But, overall. I am pushing the design limits.

It definitely a plus in the shop to punch brackets that we use that are difficult to get at times. Works great for round holes. Everything else is a little difficult to get precisely lined up. Wish they would have a indexing slot at least for the top die which would make it so much easier and useful. If your punching round holes it's absolutely great. I punch 3/16 steel like butter and it's fast.
