Had issues with it starting up. Customer service was okay but took a while. They offered a partial reimbursement but I’m not really sure it was worth not returning for full reimbursement

Velmi snadno ovladatelná pícka a dostačující vybavení pro tavení kovů.
Při tavení čistého stříbra (Ag 99%) o hmotnosti 250 g v keramickém kelímku jsem musel topit v peci místo 960 st. C až na 1120 st.C. To je o cca 160 st C více než je teplota tání.
Pokud bych tavil zlato (Au), které má bod tání o 100 st. C vyšší, asi bych ho nenatavil.
Zřejmě nepřesný pyrometr.
Při osmé (8) tavbě kelímek praskl na dně a Ag nateklo do tepelných spirál.
Zkrat.
Reklamace byla uznána bez problémů a peníze vráceny zpět na můj účet.

Dale 1500w 5kg furnace
Great furnace, one big issue, I can’t find a 5kg crucible that will fit it. This makes the furnace useless now. The original has to be replaced and all the 5kg crucibles Ive bought are just a hair to big and hit the thermistor that sticks up inside the furnace.

Ovnen opvarmer til 1150 grader hvilket godt kunne være 200 grader højere ved smeltning af kobber.
Selve støbediglen er al for høj så der skulle være mulighed for en der kun er halvt så høj.
Ellers et godt produkt.

Machine pour et contre l'achat c'est selon les personnes et les envies parce que il y a quelques petits problèmes lors de la réception la machine. nous est vendu soi-disant sur internet à 1800 W et on reçoit un modèle à 1350 W . le deuxième point il nous fournit sa disant une pince isolante la pince n'est pas du tout isolante c'est une pince tout à fait standard et premier test tester avec une petite quantité de cuivre à 1100 degrés au bout de 30 minutes voir 40 minutes le cuivre était toujours dur il était même pas fondu.

Het is jammer na 1 keer gebruikt is deze als stuk smeltkroes van 1kg.Ik had een melding van gemaakt maar nog steeds geen reactie op gehad. Ik had gehoopt op een nieuwe smeltkroes maar helaas.

En primer lugar no vale para fundir cobre y me dijeron que si, después de 3 horas a 1150 grados literalmente no era capaz de hacer el cobre líquido, si acaso el 10% de la pequeña cantidad que le puse ( y eso que solo eran unos cuantos de cablecitos). El crisol solo lo he usado dos veces y ya se ha perforado, vertiendo el poquito cobre que se hizo líquido dentro de la máquina y no sé ni cómo quitarlo la verdad. . Es fácil de usar, pero la calidad de todo es malísima y yo creo que no calienta la temperatura que dice que da.

Hello,
I am writing regarding Ticket #3444919.
On 5 June 2026 I reported that the furnace failed during its very first use on the day of delivery. I was informed that my case would be reviewed by the technical team and that I would receive a response within 24–48 hours.
That deadline has now passed and I have received no decision, no update and no proposed solution.
The furnace is defective. It stopped heating during the first heating cycle at approximately 700°C and has not worked since. The product was defective from the beginning.
In addition, the supplied accessories do not match the product description, as the order was advertised with 1 kg and 3 kg ceramic crucibles, while the 1 kg crucible supplied is graphite.
I am not willing to wait indefinitely for a response regarding a product that failed on the first day of ownership.
Therefore, I request an immediate resolution of this matter.
Please confirm without further delay either:
1. Shipment of a replacement furnace and correction of the incorrect crucible supplied,
or
2. A full refund of the purchase price and instructions for returning the defective product.
If no concrete resolution is provided promptly, I will be forced to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and payment dispute procedures.
I expect your response as a matter of urgency.
