I have had nothing but problems with this machine. The dispensing unit continues to leak to the point the drip tray overflows. The other I believe the back seal is continuously leaking. I have reached out to customer support/tech support on these issues with no resolution. I have been instructed to change and clean the seals with I have done several times. It has been leaking since we got it and has caused an enormous mess since we got it - our floors and cupboards are completely sticky with slushie mix- If we do not empty the drip tray every 1/2 hour with overflows and is a big mess.
I have reached out about getting it replace but have not gotten a reposnse.

WE did not even get a month out of this machine, temp problems. support team, the WORST I have ever seen, not able to assist, just keeps repeating the same line. Asked for a refund and they have started ignoring the emails, HIGHLY recommend not buying this product or any product from this company.

Hallo die Maschine ist beschädigt und war nicht so gut verpackt, man muss was dazwischen klemmen dass Kontakt und Licht geht und der Behälter ist stark verkratzt.

The price is decent. You get what you pay for. Handle is very flimsly. Hopefully it wont break or fall apart. The back legs shoud be closer to the back as the machine tilts to the back when you puch the handle to dispence. We had to put a piece of wook under the back legs so the machine does not tilt backwards. The rest remains to be seen!
