+ Apparaten zien er goed uit en zijn compleet geleverd met kabels, batterijen en extra zekeringen. + Warmen zeer snel op met +/- 3 minuten + Zeer snel geleverd + Duidelijke handleiding met kleuren foto's -Helaas werken ze niet zo als beschreven. -DMX is onlogisch ingedeeld over de 2 kanalen die dit apparaat gebruikt. - Afstand bediening is leuk maar werkt 7 van de 10 keer niet goed. (geen bereik of reageert gewoon niet) - Preheat staat gelijk aan bij het inschakelen van het apparaat. (Dit is niet wenselijk ivm oververhitting van het apparaat.) - Zeer klein reservoir waar maar net 100 gram in kan. (half zakje) - Geen stof filters voor de ventilatoren die er in zitten waar door stof en vuil je apparaat in gaan. - Geen traploze hoogte regeling. - 3 hoogte standen. Laag, midden, hoog echter alles is de zelfde hoogte. (ventilator maakt alleen meer lawaai) - Geen flightcase beschikbaar voor deze apparaten. Samen gevat: je krijgt waar voor je betaald een apparaat die een spark effect maakt maar verwacht geen wonderen van deze machines. Je kan beter iets meer geld uit geven voor een degelijkere apparaat van een ander merk.

For what you pay, they are good! Dont compare with premium brands. Items were packages well, my only concern was the delay in shipment after checking out, and ther was a mixuo with the UPS pickup and delivery. Otherwise they are working fine. Customer service was good when i reached out as well. Thanks

One of my Sparks stopped working so I decided to order 4 new ones. The new ones I got do not work nearly as well as the old ones. The output is very inconsistent. The hopper is one large hole instead of a funnel type set up. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it. You never know if a spark is going to shoot out or not even if it just shot out 10 seconds before. It’s very stressful not being able to rely on these.

One machine worked , one did not . I’ve been trying to deal with returning the items for almost a month . They want us to take the unit apart , repair the unit ourselves. Thankfully my husband is mechanically inclined and we were able to do this , but the motor is seized in some way . Terrible service , and cheap units .

I brought the two pack and while one works perfectly the other one barely works . It doesn’t matter if you fill it with powder or not it will only give you a little bit of power ain’t oaf the machines works fine the other maybe has a bad moter or something . We had to improvise with its use and use one of them . It kind of sucks because the effect of two makes proms look better. Then just one plus i paid for two of the machines to work

The purchase did not start out smooth because as we unpacked the units, we discovered that there were no packets of powder for the machines. The website has one (1) single picture that mentions the powder has to be ordered seperately. We had a photo shoot scheduled in 2 days and had to find some powder from a local DJ. Once we turned everything on, we thought we would be okay unitl one of the 4 machines did not work. It turned on, heated up, and blew warm air, but no sparks. I've requested an answer from Customer Service on this situation, but as of yet we have heard nothing back. Other than that, the units performed as expected. The units heated up rather quickly, the remote controls had no issues, and the units worked as advertised. Maybe they could be a little more efficient on their burning since there was a lot of residue, but that could also be perfectly normal. If Customer Service responds to our issue and provides assistance, then I will work to edit this review accordingly.
